Nathan Henry is approximately 35 years old as of 2026, with his date of birth widely listed as February 27, 1991. However, this date does not appear in his Wikipedia entry or in any official MTV announcement, and it originates only from entertainment databases and celebrity profile sites. The most reliable age confirmation comes from consistent media reporting: The Sun stated in April 2023 that he was “32, born in 1991”, and multiple outlets including the Daily Mail and OK! Magazine referred to him as 34 in July 2025. The nathan henry age question therefore has a probable answer but not an officially verified one, a distinction that matters for any fan seeking certainty.
Nathan Henry is an English television personality best known as a main cast member of MTV’s Geordie Shore, which he joined in 2015 for the show’s tenth season. He entered the house alongside fellow newcomer Chloe Ferry and has remained one of the program’s longest-serving cast members, appearing in over 155 episodes. Before fame, he worked as a hairdresser in Darlington and was selected from more than 4,000 applicants for the reality series. At the time of his debut, local newspaper The Northern Echo reported he was 24 years old, a figure that aligns with a 1991 birth year.
The age reporting around Nathan Henry has been remarkably consistent when examined across time. The Sun confirmed in 2023 that he was born in 1991 and raised in Darlington, near Newcastle. The Daily Mail described him as 32 in April 2023 when he announced his appearance on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! Australia, and as 34 in July 2025 ahead of his documentary with his father. These figures form a coherent timeline: if he was 24 in early 2015 and 32 in early 2023, a 1991 birth year fits precisely. The February 27 date appears on Plex, a streaming platform, and on the Danish celebrity site SE og HØR, but neither qualifies as an authoritative primary source.
Where the record becomes less reliable is in the precise birth date. Wikipedia, typically the first stop for biographical verification, lists his occupation and career details but omits any date of birth entirely. No MTV press release, official Geordie Shore announcement, or interview with Henry himself confirms February 27, 1991. Celebrity profile aggregators like Famous Birthdays do not even list the Geordie Shore star, instead featuring a different Nathan Henry entirely, a Utah-based YouTuber from a family channel. This absence of official confirmation is why responsible reporting says “approximately 35” rather than stating a definitive age.Nathan Henry Quick Bio
Note: The exact birth date (widely listed as February 27, 1991) has not been confirmed by Wikipedia, MTV, or any official source. Height figures vary slightly across sources (6’3″ vs. 6’4″). Net worth is an estimate from The Sun, not an official disclosure.
A useful comparison helps illustrate the problem. When a public figure’s age is officially verified, the record is unambiguous: Wikipedia lists it, major outlets repeat it consistently, and the person may reference it in interviews. For Nathan Henry, the situation resembles many reality television personalities whose early careers predate comprehensive digital record-keeping. His age is inferable from contemporaneous reporting but never formally declared. The 1991 birth year is almost certainly correct given the convergence of sources, but the specific day and month should be treated as unconfirmed until Henry or his representatives address it publicly.
Henry’s career has expanded well beyond Geordie Shore in ways that make his age relevant to how audiences perceive him. In 2023, he placed second on The Challenge UK and competed on The Challenge: World Championship, though he was medically removed in the first episode. He also appeared on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! Australia that same year, finishing fourth overall and being eliminated on April 27, 2023. These achievements at ages 31 and 32 demonstrate a physical and professional resilience that contrasts with the party-focused image of his early Geordie Shore years.
His most emotionally significant project arrived in 2025 with Geordie Stories: Nathan and Dad, a four-part documentary on the MTV Shores YouTube channel following his father Glen after a terminal cancer diagnosis. Glen was living with stage four lung cancer, and the series documented their trip to Jamaica, Glen’s birthplace, alongside conversations about masculinity, illness, and LGBTQ+ acceptance in Caribbean culture. Henry told OK! Magazine that the experience was “the best therapy” and “an experience that money can’t buy”. At 34, he was navigating one of the most difficult periods of his life while allowing cameras to document it.
The documentary also revealed Henry’s professional maturity. Speaking to The Mirror, he described breaking down after a support group attendee asked whether he had any support of his own: “She really asked a question that I didn’t know the answer to and now, I think that big cry I had, releasing that emotion… At that point, I don’t think I’d cried properly from the three years ago from the diagnosis to now”. This candor at 34 stands in sharp contrast to the 24-year-old who entered the Geordie Shore house focused on fame and nights out, showing how the intervening decade reshaped his priorities.
For fans searching for nathan henry age, the practical answer is this: he is 35 in 2026, born in 1991, and the February 27 date is plausible but unverified. The more interesting story is what those years contain. From a Darlington hairdresser selected from thousands of applicants to a 155-episode veteran of Geordie Shore, a Challenge runner-up, and a documentary subject willing to show his father’s illness and his own emotional limits, Henry has built a career that outlasted the party show that launched him. His age is a number. The decade of work behind it is the actual record. How old is Nathan Henry in 2026?
